• AIIRA accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased online only if the product is defective and remains in its original condition — unused, unstitched, and in the same state as received.
• Requests for return or exchange must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
• To process a return or exchange, customers must provide their order ID along with a clear description of the defect.
• Once the issue is verified, AIIRA will resolve the matter as quickly as possible through replacement, exchange, or a full refund, depending on the situation.
• Any shipping or mailing costs for returning a defective item will be covered by AIIRA.
• Delivery charges for exchanged items will be the responsibility of the customer.
• Sale items are eligible for exchange only and are not refundable.
